How do I order my tiles?

Orders can be placed either through our website where they are dealt with by a dedicated member of our team, or you can email us at Alternatively you can call our office where a friendly member of staff will help you through the process from start to finish.

How will my tiles be delivered?

All non local deliveries are made via our pallet network partners, who offer a kerbside delivery. Please read through our delivery information here.

How do I know my payment is secure?

Payments are made through Paypal or takepayments 3D secure gateway to ensure your card details are safe at all times.

Will I receive updates on the status of my order?

Our sales team will update you regularly with order updates and our pallet network partners will notify you of delivery details.

Do I have to seal my tiles?

All natural stone products and encaustic tiles require sealing as well as some porcelains, if you are in doubt please contact a member of our team on 01622 679157

Do you sell adhesives, grouts and sealants?

We do have a range of Rocatex and Ardex adhesives, grouts and levelling compounds available, as well as wet-room tanking products and underfloor heating. In addition we also stock an essential range of LTP tile care products.

Do you offer an installation service?

We do offer an installation service in conjunction with the experts at Southern Adhesives who have over 30 years experience in the tiling industry.

Can you cut my tiles for me?

We can! The experts at Southern Adhesives offer a cutting service for everything from small terracotta floor tiles to large format porcelains and natural stones.

How do I install my tiles?

We are developing a range of how to guides in conjunction with the experts at Southern Adhesives, watch this space for more! But in the meantime if you have any installation queries please feel free to give us a call.

Do you supply laying patterns?

We can supply laying patterns for all tiles upon request.

What do I do if my order is smaller than one meter square or less than one box?

If you only wish to order a small quantity please contact a member of our team either by phone or email to get a bespoke price.

Can I order samples?

Yes! please contact a member of our team with your request and we will arrange for samples to be sent to you.

Can I click and collect my tiles?

We do offer a click and collect service for certain stock items, please check stock levels with a member of our team before you visit.
